We are hiring a crucial role on our team. Sage Digital Marketing is seeking an Pedia Media Specialist who is eager to grow professionally and someone who wants to build a vibrant culture. This Pedia Search Specialist will be an individual contributor.

The Pedia Search Specialist will serve as a main POC for customer service and media-buying activities. Further he or she will be fully responsible for building campaigns, strategically guide customers on how to approach online performance-based advertising, and advise on new opportunities. The opportunity for personal and professional growth is massive. 

Secondary to the customer service role, the Pedia Search Specialist is also responsible for sales and marketing. 20% of the Pedia Search Specialist’s time will be dedicated to heightening the visibility of Sage Digital Marketing. The AD will serve as a main POC for all customer service and media buying activities.   • Teach CEOs about the fundamentals of digital marketing, how Sage approaches the customer lifecycle, and develop C-level relationships
  • Independently host lead vetting calls within the first 3 months
  • Independently host full sales cycle within the first 12 months
  • Ability to capture the search mentality of B2B and B2C customers needs and communicate them to clients
  • Learn about how testing on Google Ads and Facebook works and teach the process to customers to set appropriate expectations
  • Proactively identify new ways to get leads
  • Attend weekly calls with customers during the first 2 months of a partnership
  • Build a $5M pipeline within the first 12 months
  • Close on $25K of recurring revenue within the first 12 months

Sage: We think differently about management. 

Sage Digital Marketing is legally an S Corporation. However, it behaves as a collective and as a partnership. All Senior Partners join the Sage Digital Marketing Roundtable. The business makes decisions together as a group of wise advisors. Read on for details.

All new Sages report directly to their managers for 2 years. In the third and fourth years, Sages develop great autonomy and while maintaining management structure, we ask you to expand your role, and join the President in Business Development. This is not mandatory but to progress at the company, it is. In the fifth year, a high-performing Sage who demonstrates mastery of the core role and who has brought in considerable new business, becomes eligible to take a seat at the Sage Digital Marketing Round Table – where all are treated and valued as equals. This is done by invitation.

In some cases, invitation to join may be fast-tracked based on hitting business and personal growth milestones. Members who are eligible to join the Roundtable must receive unanimous approval from existing members. Each member of the Round Table serves a 1 year term and each year, they are up for re-invitation.
